How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel any time from your account dashboard under Billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. No prorated refunds, but you won't be charged again. Need help? Email

My audit results look wrong — what should I do?
Email us at
[email protected] with the URL you audited and a description of what looks wrong. Audits fetch live public data — if you recently made changes to your robots.txt, schema, or llms.txt, try re-running the audit first.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period. If you experience a significant technical failure that prevented you from using the Service, contact us within 7 days and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis.
Can I get a demo or trial of the Agency plan?

Is there an API?
API access is on the roadmap for Agency plan customers. If you're interested in early access or have a specific use case, send us a message above and we'll prioritize accordingly.
