# Replit pricing in 2026, explained plainly

> Replit has four tiers. Starter is free with daily agent credits and one published project. Core is $20 a month, or $17 billed annually, and includes $20 towards the most powerful models. Pro is $100 a month, or $95 annually, including $100 towards them. Enterprise is custom. Usage beyond the included amount is metered per checkpoint, from $0.06 to several dollars per request.

Replit's pricing page is clear about the plan prices and quieter about the thing that actually determines most bills. This page covers both, using only what Replit publishes itself, so you can work out in advance roughly where you will land.

## What are Replit's plans and what do they cost?

      | Plan | Price | Included | Notable || Starter | Free | Daily agent credits | 1 published project, built in database || Core | $20 / mo$17 billed annually | $20 towards the most powerful models | 2 parallel agents, unlimited workspaces, badge removal || Pro | $100 / mo$95 billed annually | $100 towards those models | 10 parallel agents, up to 15 collaborators, 28 day database rollback || Enterprise | Custom | Negotiated | SSO and SAML, single tenant, static outbound IPs |

**Replit lists Core at $20 a month including $20 towards the most powerful models, and Pro at $100 a month including $100 towards them. Annual billing is up to 15 percent off. Replit pricing page**

## What does the plan price actually buy?

This is the part worth slowing down for. On Core, twenty dollars a month includes
twenty dollars towards the most powerful models. The plan fee and the included model
budget are the same number. That tells you something about how to read it: the
subscription behaves less like an all-you-can-use plan and more like a floor with a
      prepaid balance sitting on it.
When the included amount is consumed, work does not stop and nothing blocks. It simply
continues at metered rates. That is the mechanism behind almost every "my bill was higher
than my plan" story, and there is nothing hidden about it. It is on the pricing page. It
is just easy to read as a cap when it is a floor.

## How is the metered part calculated?

      Per checkpoint, by resources consumed:

> The cost per checkpoint is now determined based on the amount of computing resources consumed.

      And the range is wide:

> Simpler requests may cost as little as $0.06 and more involved requests will usually cost more than $0.25, sometimes resulting in charges of multiple dollars depending on the size of the work.
> Replit, Effort-Based Pricing Recap, source

Two requests that look identical to you can cost very different amounts, because the
difference is in what the machine had to do, not in what you asked for.

## Why does my bill grow even though I ask for less?

Because the amount of your project that must be read grows as the project grows:

> some projects and long sessions can now result in larger charges, even for relatively small code changes, because all of that project or session information needs to be sent to the underlying AI models.
> Replit, Effort-Based Pricing Recap, source

This is the single most useful fact about Replit pricing and the one least likely to be
in a comparison table. Cost per edit is not fixed over a project's life. It trends upward,
      and Replit says as much.

## Is annual billing worth it?

Annual saves up to fifteen percent, which is real money if you are certain about the
next twelve months. Core drops from twenty to seventeen a month, Pro from one hundred to
ninety five. The thing to weigh is that the plan fee is often the smaller half of a heavy
user's bill. Locking in a discount on the predictable half while the variable half is
unbounded is a modest win, not a solution.

## How do I keep the bill predictable?

Honestly, on usage based pricing you cannot make it fully predictable, only smaller and
better observed. Checking spend weekly, keeping sessions short, and splitting unrelated
projects all help, and there is a fuller list in the guide on cutting a Replit bill.
Full predictability is a different product. A flat rate server costs the same in a busy
month and a quiet one, because the price is attached to a machine rather than to activity.
That is the trade: you give up the agent standing by, and you get a number that does not
move. For an app still being built that is a bad trade. For a finished app it is usually
      the right one.

## Questions

### How much does Replit cost per month?

Starter is free. Core is $20 a month, or $17 a month billed annually. Pro is $100 a month, or $95 billed annually. Enterprise is custom priced. Metered usage beyond the included model budget is added on top of those figures.

### What does Replit Core include for $20?

Two parallel agents, AI integrations, unlimited workspaces, removal of the Made with Replit badge, and $20 towards the most powerful models. Because the included model budget equals the plan fee, heavy users typically pay more than $20 in a month.

### What is the difference between Replit Core and Pro?

Pro is $100 a month against Core's $20, and includes $100 towards the most powerful models rather than $20, ten parallel agents rather than two, premium support, up to 15 collaborators, 50 viewers and database rollback up to 28 days.

### How much does one Replit request cost?

It varies by the computing consumed. Replit states simpler requests may cost as little as $0.06 while more involved requests usually cost more than $0.25 and can reach several dollars depending on the size of the work.

### Why is my Replit bill higher than my plan price?

The plan includes a set amount towards model usage rather than capping it. Once that is consumed, further requests are billed at metered rates, so the plan price is a floor and the total is the plan plus a variable amount.
