Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Neurobird's website at neurobird.com and the Neurobird AI visibility audit platform ("Service"). Please read them carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Neurobird, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you are using Neurobird on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Neurobird provides an AI visibility audit and optimization platform that analyzes publicly accessible websites and generates reports and optimization files to improve AI search engine visibility. The Service includes:

• Website AI visibility scoring (0–100) across 50+ technical and content signals.
• Generation of optimization file bundles (robots.txt, llms.txt, schema markup, sitemap, meta tags, and related files).
• GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AIO (AI Index Optimization) guidance and recommendations.
• Audit history and team management features (paid plans).

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Neurobird. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Providing accurate and current account information.
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized account access at [email protected].

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit URLs for auditing that you do not own or have authorization to audit.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or audit quotas through automated means.
• Use the Service to audit competitors' sites for purposes other than legitimate competitive research.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our audit algorithms or proprietary scoring logic.
• Resell or redistribute Neurobird's generated output files without attribution when used for commercial client services (Agency plan required for white-label use).
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Plans

Neurobird offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Pro and Agency). Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Current pricing is listed at neurobird.com/#pricing.

Free tier

The free tier provides up to 3 audits per month with limited features. Free audits do not include downloadable fix bundles.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Neurobird to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All amounts are in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified below.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you experience a significant technical issue preventing use of the Service, contact us within 7 days for a case-by-case review.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

The Neurobird platform, including its audit engine, scoring algorithms, UI, and brand assets, is owned by Neurobird and protected by intellectual property laws.

The optimization files generated by Neurobird (robots.txt, llms.txt, schema markup, etc.) are generated for your site and you own the output files. You may use, modify, and deploy them freely.

Blog content and guides published at neurobird.com/blog/ are © 2026 Neurobird. You may quote up to 200 words with attribution and a link back to the original article.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of any data you submit to Neurobird (audit URLs, account information). By using the Service, you grant Neurobird a limited license to process that data to provide the Service. We do not use your audit data to train AI models or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Neurobird does not guarantee that:

• Using our optimization files will result in improved AI citation rates or search visibility.
• AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, etc.) will index or cite your site after implementing our recommendations.
• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
• Audit results are exhaustive or accurate for every edge case.

AI search engine behavior is determined by third parties (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, etc.) and is outside Neurobird's control.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEUROBIRD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

In no event shall Neurobird's aggregate liability to you for all claims exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Neurobird in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

Neurobird may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will provide reasonable notice unless the violation is severe or we are legally prohibited from doing so.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Audit data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email (to registered accounts) or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
